The event aims to support men by developing manly skills, depth, challenge and brotherhood and thus their ability to serve, protect, and provide for others.

This fall we will have less of a festival style gathering with many options and instead focus on three core skills that we have found are powerful in connecting men with nature and reality, working with their hands.
We have also recruited experts from three skills, who bring a great deal of heart and a craftman’s love for his work to the activity.

Peder will be our guide and expert into the carpentry trade. Carpentry was the trade and vocation of Christ in his earthly life. Learning to preserve, build and fashion wood is perhaps one of the most useful and satisfying crafts for a man to learn.

Kristian will be our guide. To survive in nature, man must learn to work it by the sweat of his brow. Understanding soil ecosystems and soil to grow food is incredibly rewarding.

Paul will guide us into working with Animals. Raising livestock puts us into direct relationship with the beauty of animal life and makes us more aware of our role as stewards of creation. We will particularly work with chickens and sheep, including slaughtering, skinning and butchering.

We believe that Christian tradition is integral to our understanding of manhood. This event welcomes all men who respect this, regardless of beliefs or background.
